A new 21 day challenge---Food Journaling

I had success with the my 21 day challenge with working out. Now that I have that under my belt, I need to get food journaling together. Well I know that Friday isnt a typical day to start but tomorrow is my day.

April 22-May 12th....Then it should be a habit, right? I can do this. I SUCK at food journaling. But I want get 30 lbs off by my birthday (October) and the only way I believe that I will have great success with it is to journal.

Journaling does help. I've fallen off the band wagon on this but did it for almost 3 weeks and could really tell the difference. I joined www.myfitnesspal.com to help with the process which is an online free support group but you could just use it for your journaling as it helps keeps tabs of what you are counting. I've met some cool people doing this. My screen name is heavenseyes3 if you decide. Good luck, I know you can reach your goal.
