Below is a budget, see what you are spending most of your money on. Will you be shocked?
I was watching Suze Orman one day and a caller told her that he is always broke. He thought that he made decent money but seems like he is always living paycheck to paycheck. Suze told him to do a budget. He called back on an update show stating that he wasted a lot of money and budgeting saved him.
So what I did was went a month with holding on to receipts. Anything that I purchased, I made sure I had a receipt and put it in my night stand. At the end of the month, I did a budget based on my previous month's spending. It really helped me understand where I was spending most of my money....Dining out.
